ION21 portal system and website abides by the rules set out by the GDPR, and there is no processing of personal data or distribution of the same, unless consent is expressly given by the client.

If you have applied successfully for approval for using or implementing the ION21 system for your project idea, a confirmation email in this regard will be sent, and in certain case, provide login details (login ID and password) to access our platform portal.

As a responsible user of our platform, you are required to keep Your login and password safe and confidential. In case of any unauthorized access of our platform through your account, You are expected to immediately notify us about the same.

In case of any event of unauthorized access of our Platform through your account, we shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by you or to you by result of such unauthorized use.
